This advanced router offers all the features of the previous RB5009UG+S+ IN model, enriched with PoE-in and PoE-out power on all eight Ethernet ports. Advanced Technical Features The RB5009UPr+S+IN router is a top-class device, perfect for use in home laboratories and professional network environments. It has 9 wired ports, a full-size USB 3.0 port, 7 Gigabit Ethernet ports (802.3af/at PoE-out and PoE-in), a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port (802.3af/at PoE-out and PoE-in) and a 10G SFP+ slot. All ports are integrated with a powerful Marvell Amethyst family switching chip that supports a full duplex 10Gbps lane leading to the Marvell Armada ARMv8 quad-core 1.4GHz processor. Thanks to this configuration, the router provides almost twice the performance compared to other MikroTik products. Advanced PoE Features Each PoE-out port can deliver up to 25W of power, and all connected ports have a limit of 130W, which is sufficient for most configurations. The router allows you to manually determine the maximum available power from power sources. If there is a problem with one of the power sources, the device automatically switches to the second highest voltage, ensuring continuous operation. Mounting and Accessories Thanks to a simple set of mounting accessories, you can install up to 4 RB5009UPr+S+IN routers in one 1U rack space. The RB5009 rackmount kit (K-79) is sold separately, allowing for flexible rack space management.
