These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on the 7R Technology online store, including electronics, IT hardware, accessories, smart home devices, and consumer technology products. The terms are valid for customers in Denmark, the EU, and the Middle East (GCC region).

1. Prices

• All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are valid at the time of ordering, provided stock is available.
• Prices exclude shipping, handling, customs duties (outside EU), and installation.
• 7R Technology reserves the right to adjust prices based on exchange rate changes, supplier adjustments, tax changes, or typographical errors.
• Orders with obvious pricing errors may be cancelled.

2. Delivery (EU + GCC Optimized)

7R Technology ships products throughout Denmark, the European Union, and Middle East countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

Delivery Times
• Denmark: 1–3 business days
• EU Countries: 2–5 business days
• Middle East (GCC): 5–10 business days depending on customs

Carriers
• GLS, PostNord, DHL, FedEx, or another carrier chosen by us.

Important: Transport damage or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Unclaimed parcels returned from pickup points will incur a return fee.

3. Payment

We accept: Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay, Vipps, and bank transfer.
Orders paid by bank transfer ship after payment is received.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
A binding purchase is established only when 7R Technology accepts and ships the order.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receiving the product.

• Products may be inspected, but excessive handling may reduce refund value.
• Customer pays return shipping.
• Refunds (excluding shipping) are issued within 14 days after inspection.

No withdrawal rights apply to B2B purchases.

6. Warranty / Complaints

• Consumers have a 24-month statutory warranty under Danish law.
• No warranty covers misuse, unauthorized repair, or physical damage.
• A service fee may apply if the product is not defective after testing.

7. Liability

7R Technology is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party software or unauthorized modification.

8. Business Customers (B2B)

• No right of withdrawal.
• Warranty conditions may be agreed separately.
• Orders placed with a VAT/CVR number are considered commercial contracts.

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• Not covered: water damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, physical damage.
• Proof of purchase is required.
