1. Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT unless otherwise specified.
The price valid at the time of order is the applicable price if the item is in stock.
Prices do not include shipping, handling, installation, or other public charges unless otherwise stated.
7r technology reserves the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, tax changes, delivery failures, sold-out items, or typographical errors.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors.
2. Delivery
We deliver in Denmark and internationally.
Delivery is normally handled by GLS or another carrier chosen by us.
Standard delivery time is 3 business days within Denmark, provided the item is in stock.
Delivery time depends on stock status and destination.
Any transport damage or shortages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
If a parcel is sent to a pickup point and not collected, a return fee will be charged.
3. Payment
We accept Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay, Vipps, and bank transfer.
Payment will be charged when the goods are shipped unless otherwise agreed.
For bank transfers, goods will be shipped once payment has been received.
4. Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
This confirmation is not a legally binding acceptance.
The purchase is only binding once 7r technology has accepted the order and dispatched the goods.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.
The period begins the day you receive the product.
You may open and inspect the product to determine its nature and functionality but may be liable for any diminished value resulting from excessive handling.
To withdraw, notify us in writing at sales@7rtechnology.dk within 14 days.
The return shipment must be made no later than 14 days after notifying the withdrawal.
The customer pays for return shipping.

Refunds (excluding shipping) will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
No right of withdrawal applies to business purchases (B2B).
6. Warranty / Complaints
A 24-month warranty (statutory right to complain) applies to consumer purchases under Danish law.
Contact us before returning any defective items.
A testing fee may be charged if the item is found not to be defective.
Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or physical damage is not covered.
7. Liability
7R Technology cannot be held liable for indirect losses, operational loss, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for defects caused by third-party software or unauthorized modifications.
8. Business Customers (B2B)
Orders placed with a VAT/CVR number are considered business purchases.
No right of withdrawal applies to B2B sales.
Warranty or complaint terms for businesses may be agreed upon separately.
