1. Prices
All prices include 25% VAT and are stated in Danish kroner unless otherwise specified.
The price valid at the time of order is the applicable price if the item is in stock. Prices may vary, and customers will be informed in such cases.
Prices do not include installation, handling fees, shipping, or other public charges unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to price increases, currency fluctuations, delivery failures, changes in duties, out-of-stock items, or typographical errors.
7r technology reserves the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors.
2. Delivery
We deliver worldwide.
Delivery is carried out via a carrier of our choice, typically GLS for Denmark. Delivery times and carriers may vary without prior notice.
Transport damages or shortages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Packages must not be used before any claim is resolved.
If a package is sent to a parcel shop and not collected within the deadline, a return shipping fee will be charged.
3. Payment
Payments can be made by Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, or by agreement for business customers.
Payment is normally charged upon shipment of the goods.
4. Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email, which is a copy of your order but not a legally binding acceptance.
The purchase is only binding once 7r technology has accepted the order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, price changes, or out-of-stock items.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases if the item is returned in its original and unopened packaging.
No right of withdrawal applies to business purchases.
Withdrawal must be communicated in writing to sales@7rtechnology.dk before returning the product.

6. Complaints
A 24-month warranty applies to consumer purchases.
Please contact 7r technology before returning any items for complaints.
A testing fee may be charged if the product is found not to be defective.
Damages caused by misuse or physical damage are not covered.
7. Liability and Warranty
7r technology delivers products to the best of its ability but cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party software, modifications, or unauthorized use.
8. Miscellaneous
Orders placed with a CVR number are considered business purchases.
We reserve the right to change prices, terms, and delivery conditions without prior notice.
Complaints can be submitted to the relevant complaints board.
