At each end of the cable, there are connectors in number corresponding with number of fibers in the cable. Type and type of connectors is selected depending on the needs of a particular installation. In order to make easier assembling of multipatchcord, either by drilling in the wall or by patchpanels' inputs, it is possible to make two types of splice - cascade or straight.
