Lightning-fast indoor/outdoor access point

The Ubiquiti UAP AC Pro is a high-speed WiFi access point for small business environments. With this 802.11ac access point, benefit from a fast and stable WiFi network with excellent coverage in the office. Because the device transmits simultaneously on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, the load on the network is distributed and multiple devices can gain access at the same time. On 2.4 GHz the UAP AC Pro achieves a speed of up to 450 Mbps and on 5 GHz this is a maximum of 1300 Mbps.

The device has a weatherproof housing and can therefore be used both indoors and outdoors.NB:The manufacturer has not specifically indicated to what extent the access point is dust or waterproof. We therefore recommend that you install this access point in a sheltered location when using it outdoors.

Power over Ethernet

The Ubiquiti UAP AC Pro supports Power over Ethernet 802.3af and 802.3at. The access point can be powered directly via the network cable using a 48V PoE injector (not included). However, if you use multiple access points, it is best to connect them to a switch that supports 802.3af and 802.3at.

Ceiling or wall mounting

The Ubiquiti UniFi Access Point Pro has a so-called smoke detector design and can be placed inconspicuously on the ceiling or on the wall. You connect the Ubiquiti UniFi to your router and run the software to start the installation. The access point can then be managed and installed via Ubiquiti's free controller software. The software is suitable for both Windows and Mac.

Free management software

With the UniFi controller software you can manage the Ubiquiti UAP AC Pro and develop your own captive portal. This way you can quickly create your own login portal in HTML or via PHP (via external portal) with your company logo and your own corporate identity. The big advantage of the software is that it makes the installation of the access point a lot easier for people with little technical knowledge. The software detects all access points in the network and enables central management.

No seamless roaming
