The fast SFP+ 10G 1550NM SM 40KM LC DUP module Extralink SFP+-ZR was designed for 8.5G/10G and 10GBE fiber optics. The single-mode SFP optical module consists of two sections, i.e., a transmitter section containing an EML laser and a receiver section consisting of an APD photodiode integrated with a TIA. All modules meet Class I laser safety requirements. SFP+-ZR digital diagnostic functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, allowing real-time access to device operating parameters such as transceiver temperature, laser beam current, transmitted optical power, received optical power and supply voltage of the single-mode SFP insert. The SFP+ 10G module can operate at a data transmission rate of ≤4.25 Gbps or from 9.95 Gbps to 11.3 Gbps.
