Access point with PoE+ support

The UniFi U6 Enterprise IW (In-Wall) is a powerful indoor access point for distributing a wireless network via the 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6 GHz bands for WiFi 6E. Because only new equipment has access to the relatively new 6 GHz band, you will not be bothered by interference from older devices. This results in a faster network connection and a better distribution of users across the bands. This makes the access point ideal for environments with a high number of network users. The access point is easy to mount on the wall with the supplied aluminum wall holder. It is important to know that this access point is supplied without a power supply as standard.

High speed network

This WiFi 6 access point has a maximum throughput speed of 573.5 Mbps on 2.4GHz and a speed of 4.8Gbps on the 5GHz and 6GHz frequency bands. The U6-IW has a transmission power of 22 dBm/150mW (2.4GHz) and 26 dBm/400mW (5GHz) and has 4 RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet ports for output and 1 RJ-45 2.5Gb Ethernet port for input.

PoE support

The UniFi U6 Enterprise IW can also serve as a PoE source to supply power and network to other devices. An important condition for this is that the access point itself must be connected with PoE++ (802.3at). So you can connect an IP device, such as an IP camera or telephone, to this access point and provide it with a network connection and power at the same time.

UniFi controller

The Ubiquiti UniFi U6 Enterprise In-Wall is managed via the UniFi Controller. With this user-friendly software you can centrally manage multiple access points, but also gain insight into, among other things, the status of the network, the connected devices and the associated network traffic. The UniFi Controller provides a clear overview and is accessible on PC, laptop, tablet and smartphone.
