Perfect solution for point-to-point WiFi

The Ubiquiti Powerbeam AC is the ideal solution to quickly set up a point-to-point WiFi solution. The all-in-one design gives you an access point with a directional antenna in one. By aligning two of these devices with each other, you can easily connect two buildings. This way you can share an internet connection in a smart way or ensure that each branch always has a backup.

A bracket for mast mounting is included as standard and you can quickly align the unit using LEDs for the best result. The dish has a diameter of 620mm and can be adjusted as desired.

Power supply and network

The Ubiquiti Powerbeam AC has 1 LAN connection of 1000 Mbps which is suitable for Power over Ethernet (PoE) to provide the unit with power and network connection. This way you only have to run 1 cable to the access point and there is no need for a power supply nearby. The Powerbeam AC works on 24 volts, 0.5 ampere PoE power supplies.

You can easily install and manage the access point via Ubiquiti's AirOS system. It is possible to monitor the throughput speed and link status of your connections.

Spectrum analyzer

Using the free spectrum analyzer software you can quickly detect any malfunctions. This software shows you on which channels within the 5 GHz spectrum equipment is active. Thanks to this software you can always choose the right channel so that your connection will achieve optimal results.

AirControl

Ubiquiti Aircontrol allows you to manage your entire Ubiquiti network from the cloud. This way you can easily roll out firmware updates for all your access points and you have a handy overview of all your equipment.

No seamless roaming

Ubiquiti's access points do not support seamless roaming. The access points you are looking at are also only suitable for point-to-point solutions and not as an access point for a daily WiFi network.
