Cooler Master HTK-002-U1 heat-conducting compounds are grease-like silicone materials that are heavily loaded with heat-conducting metal oxides. This combination promotes high thermal conductivity, low spillover and stability at high temperatures. These compounds resist changes in consistency at temperatures up to 177 °C (350 °F) and maintain a positive heatsink seal to improve heat transfer from the electronic device to the heatsink or chassis, thereby increasing overall device efficiency.
