The Ubiquiti U7-Lite is a compact WiFi 7 indoor access point. This affordable model works on the 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands (not on 6GHz), but does offer various other WiFi 7 functionalities. So you benefit from the higher efficiency and speeds that you can expect from WiFi 7, only via a dual-band connection. The UniFi 7 Lite offers speeds of up to 688 Mbps (2.4GHz) and up to 4.3 Gbps (5GHz) and supports 2x2 MU-MIMO on both bands.

Mounting the indoor WiFi 7 access point

The Ubiquiti UniFi 7 Lite access point is flexible to install. You can place the compact device on the wall, but ceiling mounting is also an option. PoE power supply to the access point is possible via the 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port. This means you only need to connect one Ethernet cable to the WiFi access point.

Easy network management via UniFi

To manage your Ubiquiti UniFi U7-Lite, you can use the UniFi Network Controller software for free. You can configure your access point via this management platform and have a complete overview of your entire network. You can also perform software updates via this firmware and gain insight into all network users and guests. It is also possible to set up a guest network for your visitors.
